  • Where Do You Deliver?

    1. We are authorised to sell Creed within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man and the Scilly Islands.
    2. We regret to inform you that we have suspended shipping to the Republic of Ireland for for foreseeable future. We understand this may be frustrating news for some, however, at The House of Creed we strive to always provide the very best service for our customers both on and offline, and with new regulations on shipping surrounding Brexit, the introduction of import duties and the added pressure of being a small business, we feel that we can no longer successfully offer our customers in the Republic of Ireland a sustainable and premium service that is integral for the ultimate Creed experience. Our collections will remain available both online and in stores through our dedicated partners, including John Lewis, Harvey Nichols, Arnotts and Brown Thomas.     3. We are unable to deliver Creed outside of the territories listed above.
    4. We are unable to process orders to a P.O. Box.
  • How Much Is Delivery?

    1. Standard Delivery – FREE when you spend £50+ (or £4.50 for orders under £50) 3-5 working days. Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
    2. Next Day Delivery (Ex. Pre-Orders) – £6.50
      Available Monday-Friday for orders placed before 1pm (restrictions may apply – see T&C’s for more details). UK mainland only. Please note: Engraved items take 3 working days to be processed by our warehouse, therefore, the next available Next Day slot will be 3 working days after the date of your order.
    3. Nominated Day Delivery (Ex. Pre-Orders) – £6.50
      Available Monday-Friday for orders placed before 1pm (restrictions may apply – see T&C’s for more details). UK mainland only. Please note: Engraved items take 3 working days to be processed by our warehouse, therefore, the next available Next Day slot will be 3 working days after the date of your order.
    4. Saturday Delivery – £11.50
      Orders placed before 1pm on Friday. UK mainland only.
    5. Offshore Delivery – £4.50
      Monday-Friday for: Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. Please allow 3-7 working days to receive your order, from the date your order is shipped.
    6. All orders are sent via recorded delivery and will require a signature.
    7. *Please allow up to 3 additional working days for engraved orders to be shipped.

  • How Can I Track My Order?

    You will receive an email and/or a text message when your order is shipped (please ensure you provide correct contact details at the checkout). A one hour delivery slot will be allocated to Next Day & Saturday delivery methods. For further tracking details, please contact our Customer Service team.

Returns

  • Standard Returns Policy

    1. We hope that you will love your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund within 28 days of delivery so long as it is unopened and in its original re-sellable condition.
    2. To return a product, please contact our Customer Service team, who will arrange a collection for you. Returns will only be accepted via this procedure as we cannot guarantee the safety of the bottles with anyone other than our approved couriers.
    3. We are no longer offering exchanges, however you can return unwanted products to us for a full refund as long as they are unopened and in its original condition.
    4. We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged. Any promotional gifts with purchase, or complimentary samples that have been received in your order, must also be returned to process a full refund. Please note that we will now be charging a fee of £5.00 per sample not returned.
    5. We can only assist in refunds for orders placed on creedfragrances.co.uk. Items bought in-store or via an official stockist should be returned to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.
    6. If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return.
    7. We are unable to refund the cost of any premium delivery service that was chosen.
    8. Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
    9. Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Service Department. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
  • Returns Policy On Personalised Items

    1. We are unable to offer a refund on any items that have been personalised or engraved. Orders for engraved products cannot be cancelled or changed once your order has been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply the engraving message, and we will not be held responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please ensure you check all spelling, grammar, punctuation and the use of capital and lower case letters when adding personalisation to your order as we will personalise exactly what is entered online and we cannot accept returns of products that have been personalised incorrectly based upon customer input errors.
